Before stone is pulled, we confirm four fields with the buyer:
- Saudi discharge port (Jeddah, Dammam, or King Abdullah Port)
- Format (slabs / blocks), thickness, and finish
- Approximate quantity (container vs project phase)
- FOB vs CIF preference
This avoids “almost right” containers that create disputes after arrival in KSA.
2. Select the lot for shade consistency
Black Galaxy is prized for its black base and copper flecks — and punished when consecutive containers don’t match. We select material with the Saudi use-case in mind (villa packages, hotel floors, yard stock) and keep lot references for follow-on orders.

3. Share photos before vessel booking
Serious buyers should not book freight on faith. We share inspection photos / lot references so you can approve what will physically move. If something is wrong, it is cheaper to fix in India than after discharge in Saudi Arabia.
4. Pack for ocean + inland handling
Polished slabs and rough blocks need different packing discipline. Our standard is export-grade protection, bundle integrity, and load planning that reduces edge and corner damage risk on the India → KSA leg.
5. Supervise container loading
Loading is where many “good stones” become claims. We treat loading as a controlled step: orientation, bracing, and photo confirmation where applicable — so both sides have a record of what left the yard.
6. Documents + voyage updates
After dispatch, commercial documents and milestone communication matter as much as the stone. We align the document pack with your forwarder / clearing agent and keep the Saudi destination plan visible (port + expected window).
